EVOLUȚIA RELAȚIILOR DINTRE REPUBLICA MOLDOVA ȘI UNIUNEA EUROPEANĂ: REALIZĂRI ȘI PERSPECTIVE

Abstract

Scopul și obiectivele lucrării: Scopul tezei rezidă în cercetarea evoluției relațiilor dintre Republica Moldova și UE prin evidențierea principalelor realizări și perspective. Obiectivele formulate: a studia istoriografia și gradul de cercetare a dezvoltării relațiilor moldo-europene; a analiza aspectele teoretico-metodologice ale temei investigate; a examina stabilirea și evoluția relațiilor moldo-europene în cadrul APC; a evidenția schimbările calitative ale relațiilor de cooperare moldo-europene în perioada negocierii și implementării AA; a interpreta evoluția instrumentelor, programelor și proiectelor de asistență pentru dezvoltare acordate Republicii Moldova de către UE; a evalua instrumentele UE pentru reformarea domeniului politic, economic și social al Republicii Moldova; a elucida noile tendințe ale evoluției relațiilor dintre Republica Moldova și UE după alegerile prezidențiale din anul 2020; a determina semnificația statutului de țară candidat în relațiile dintre Republica Moldova și Uniunea Europeană.Цель и задачи исследования: Цель диссертации заключается в исследовании эволюции отношений между Республикой Молдова и Европейским союзом путем выявления основных достижений и перспектив. Задачи исследования: изучить историографию и степень изученности развития молдавско-европейских отношений; проанализировать теоретико-методологические аспекты исследуемой темы; изучить становление и развитие молдавско-европейских отношений в рамках СПС; подчеркнуть качественные изменения молдавско-европейских отношений сотрудничества в ходе переговоров и реализации СА; интерпретировать развитие инструментов, программ и проектов помощи развитию, предоставленных Республике Молдова ЕС; оценить инструменты ЕС по реформированию политической, экономической и социальной сферы Республики Молдова; выявить новые тенденции в развитии отношений между Республикой Молдова и ЕС после президентских выборов 2020 г.; определить значение статуса страны- кандидата в отношениях между Республикой Молдова и Европейским Союзом.Aim and Objectives of the thesis: The aim of the thesis is to investigate the evolution of the relations between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union by highlighting the main achievements and perspectives. Research objectives: to study the historiography and research level of Moldova-European relations development; to analyse the theoretical-methodological aspects of the investigated subject; to examine the establishment and evolution of Moldova-European relations within the PCA; to highlight the qualitative changes in Moldova-European cooperation during the negotiation and implementation of the AA; to interpret the evolution of instruments, programs, and development assistance projects granted to the Republic of Moldova by the EU; to evaluate EU instruments for reforming the political, economic, and social domains of the Republic of Moldova; to elucidate the new trends in the evolution of relations between the Republic of Moldova and the EU after the 2020 presidential elections; to determine the significance of the candidate country status in the relations between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union.
