Abstract
The individual labor contract is one of the basic acts in the regulation of the labor relations.Taking into consideration that the labor contract is a whole of different clauses in the regulation of the relations between the employee and the employer, it’s importance can not be disputed, this article analyzes the main theoretical aspects regarding the legal aspects of the labor contract and their practical application.
