POTENȚIALUL TEORIEI ÎNTEMEIATE PENTRU CERCETĂRILE DIN ASISTENȚA SOCIALĂ

Abstract

Asistența socială ca domeniu profesionalizat este constituit din trei componente: cercetarea științifică socială, practicile de intervenție și pregătirea calificată a asistentului social. Între acestea există o relație de cauzalitate reciprocă, motiv pentru care este exclusă ignorare uneia dintre ele. Liantul dintre aceste componente îl poate servi metoda teoriei întemeiate, care prin teoriile derivate din datele empirice oferă posibilitatea ajustării practicilor asistențiale în concordanță cu specificul grupului și al contextului, dezvoltă bagajul de cunoștințe teoretice și califică munca practică a asistenților sociali în sporirea bunăstării sociale. The only condition that is imposed in this regard is the observance of methodological principles in the theory discovery process and the application of this method only for the generation of theories from the data and not for the analysis of qualitative data.
