| dc.description.abstract | Ecological efficiency is a concept for optimizing the impact of economic activity on the environment while ensuring minimal costs throughout the value chain. Its implementation in the Republic of Moldova started with a certain delay compared to Western countries due to the deterioration of the ecological state and the worsening of the situation in the energy sector. The application of eco-efficiency principles has found its reflection in policy documents related to the development of the "green" economy and the circular economy. Starting with 2019, the massive launch of projects aimed at greening the activity of economic agents and solving the waste problem began. In the same way, we consider the activity of popularizing ecological culture and the circular economy as important. | en |
