LOCUL ȘI ROLUL CRATOLOGIEI JURIDICE ÎN CADRUL PROCESULUI DE STUDIU JURIDICO – UNIVERSITAR

Abstract

În condiţiile noilor opţiuni politice în spaţiul est-european un interes major prezintă problema conceptului puterii de stat, care trebuie pusă în serviciul procesului democratic ce se doreşte a fi ireversibil şi pentru realizarea acestui deziderat sunt necesare eforturi permanente în vederea clarificării esenţei puterii, a puterii politice, puterii de stat, a factorilor ce influenţează evoluţia acesteia. Analizând natura juridică a puterii de stat și menționând faptul că puterea de stat este un fenomen destul de complex, ale cărui ramuri, manifestări, trăsături au fost analizate de numeroși autori din trecut până în prezent, considerăm oportună sistematizarea acestor cunoștințe într-un domeniu aparte de cratologie (știința puterii) – Cratologie juridică, a cărei includere în planul de studii universitare al Facultății de Drept pentru masteranzi la specialitatea Drept public este deosebit de utilă.Under the conditions of the new political options in the Eastern European space, the problem of the concept of state power is of major interest, which must be put at the service of the democratic process that is desired to be irreversible, and, to achieve this, desired, permanent efforts are needed, in order to clarify the essence of power, the power political, the state power, the factors that influence its evolution. Analyzing the legal nature of the state power and mentioning the fact that state power is a rather complex phenomenon whose branches, manifestations, features have been analyzed by many authors from the past to the present, we consider it opportune to systematize this knowledge in a separate field of cratology (the science of power) – Legal cratology, the inclusion of which in the University study plan of the Faculty of Law for master’s students in the Public Law specialty is particularly useful.
