| dc.description.abstract | Lucrarea oferă informaţii noi despre influenţa diferitelor concentraţii de nanoparticule TiO2 şi ZnO/MgO asupra conţinutului de biomasă şi manoproteine la levuri. S-a constatat că nanoparticulele TiO2 cu dimensiuni de 30 nm, în concentraţii de 10 şi 15 mg/L, au capacitatea de a stimula biosinteza manoproteinelor în biomasa tulpinii Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-18, însuşiri care nu le-au manifestat nanoparticulele ZnO/MgO. Se propune un procedeu nou de cultivare a levurii cu aplicarea nanoparticulelor dioxidului de titan ce asigură un conţinut sporit de manoproteine. | ro |
| dc.description.abstract | The paper provides new information about the influence of different TiO2 and ZnO / MgO nanoparticle concentrations on biomass accumulation and mannoprotein content in yeasts. It has been found that the TiO2 nanoparticles of 30 nm in size and of 10 and 15 mg/L concentrations have the ability to stimulate the biosynthesis of mannoproteins in the biomass of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-18 strain, features that have not been shown by the ZnO/MgO nanoparticles. We propose a new method of yeast cultivation with titanium dioxide nanoparticles application that provides enhanced content of mannoproteins. | en |
