Abstract

Pedagogical foundation of mentoring for teachers’ professional development in secondary schools. Determining the role of the institutional context in shaping mentoring program for teachers’ professional development. Teachers’ professional development program can be a pattern for further development of training for guides for managers, psychologists, future mentors and teachers that can take benefits from mentoring to their personal and professional development, in order to maintain and improve the quality of education and teachers skills.
