CADRUL METODOLOGIC DE DEZVOLTARE A MOTIVAŢIEI PENTRU AUTOFORMARE LA CADRELE DIDACTICE

Abstract

Implementarea de schimbări în sistemul educațional, în acord cu documentele europene, care definesc competenţa ca rezultat al învăţării, reprezintă noi provocări pentru cariera didactică. Prin determinarea de noi atribuţii şi noi competenţe în proiectarea şi desfăşurarea activităţilor de predare-învaţare-evaluare, cadrele didactice solicită satisfacerea anumitor necesități dezvoltând astfel motivația pentru autoformare. Cadrul metodologic al dezvoltării motivației pentru autoformare la cadrele didactice conduce la dezvoltarea unor noi abordări în ceea ce priveşte competenţele în predare, abordări care se centrează pe cunoştinţele şi competenţele necesare pentru a face faţă schimbărilor în sistemul educațional.Implementing changes in the educational system, in accordance with European documents, which define the competence as a result of learning represents challenges for the teaching career. By determining the new attributions and new competences in projection and conducting teaching-learning-evaluation activities, the teachers ask to meet certain needs and thus develop the motivation for self-training. The methodological framework of developing motivation for self-training of teachers leads to the development of new approaches regarding teaching competences, in teaching approaches that focus on the knowledge and skills needed to cope with changes in the educational system
