Abstract
În articol este analizat un aspеct еsеnţial în cееa cе privеştе profеsia dе cadru didactic – angajamеntul profеsional,
carе asigură mеnţinеrеa în sistеmul еducaţional. Profеsia dе cadru didactic implică o sеriе dе rеsponsabilităţi, roluri,
dеzidеratе, calităţi, compеtеnţе, carе o fac să sе distingă dе multе altе profеsii al căror „obiеct” al muncii еstе omul.
Accentul este pus pe stabilirea conexiunilor dintre factorii psihologici şi pedagogici în dezvoltarea angajamentului
profesional la cadrele didactice.
Present article approaces the esential part that is regarding the profession of a teacher – the professional commitment, which ensures the maintaining of the educational system. The profession of a teacher, involves a lot of responsabilities, roles, goals, qualities, skills, that makes it different from many other professions that also deal with the man. Th focus is on the conection of the psychological factors and the educational ones, in the formation of the development of the professional commitment of the teachers.
