INTERFERENȚE ALE SINDROMULUI BURNOUT ȘI SATISFACȚIEI ÎN MUNCĂ ÎN MEDIUL EDUCAȚIONAL

Abstract

Articolul prezintă o abordare praxiologică a problematicii burnout și a satisfacției în muncă în mediul educațional. Este conturată conjunctura factorilor profesionali stresanți și sunt analizate rezultatele obținute de către cadrele didactice pentru fiecare dintre componentele sindromului burnout: epuizare emoțională, reducerea realizărilor profesionale și depersonalizare. Este elucidat nivelul satisfacției generale, dar și fațetare, în munca profesională și este evaluat statistic impactul satisfacției în muncă în prevenirea sindromului burnout al cadrelor didactice.The article presents a praxiological approach to burnout issues and work satisfaction in the educational environment. The circumstance of the stressful professional factors is outlined and there are analyzed the results obtained by the teachers for each of the components of the burnout syndrome: emotional exhaustion, reduction of professional achievements and depersonalization. The level of general satisfaction, as well as the ways of professional work, is elucidated and the impact of work satisfaction in preventing the burnout syndrome of teachers is evaluated statistically.
