Abstract
In acest articol facem referire la specificul structurii personalităţii cadrului didactic, având ca temei realizarea ulterioară a unui experiment pedagogic ce va avea ca scop
identificarea elevilor care au predispoziţie către profesia didactică sau poate chiar şi vocaţie pedagogică. Totodată, vom menţiona acele structuri ale personalităţii, care sunt specifice cadrului didactic, şi anume: competenţele specifice, aptitudinile pedagogice, vocaţia pedagogică, măiestria pedagogic.
In this article we refer to the specifics of the personality structure of the teacher, on the basis of the subsequent realization of a pedagogical experiment that will aim at the identification ofpupils who are predisposed to the didactic profession or even to a pedagogical vocation. At the same time we will mention those personality structures that are specificto the teacher, namely, the specific competences, the pedagogical skills, the pedagogical vocation, the pedagogical mastery.
