Abstract
This thesis explores the capabilities of artificial intelligence on the Salesforce platform for optimizing key business processes. It examines the current trends in artificial intelligence development, its integration into CRM systems, and examples of its application on the Salesforce platform. Special attention is given to analyzing the impact of artificial intelligence on customer relationship management and the optimization of marketing and sales processes.
