Abstract

Modern level of handball requires athletes to have high sports qualifications and proper morpho-functional psychomotor and techno-tactical preparedness and the ability to effectively integrate them in hard competitive conditions with jointly interrelated actions. In addition , handball players complete under time limits and physical contact with an opponent, accurately and flexibly dosing the time , speed-strength and spatial parameters of technical and tactical actions, the effectiveness of which ultimately determines sports results. In a comprehensive assessment of handball players, the individual characteristics of physical development and indicators of disability of the winners of the national championship at the age of 23-26 years were studied.
