Abstract

În lucrarea sunt evidențiate aspecte psihologice și juridice ale erorilor medicale, al căror mecanism este asociat cu sindromul de burnout emoțional al lucrătorilor medicali, contribuind la limitarea măsurii de conștientizare și a libertății de voință în cazul actului lor ilicit. The paper highlights the psychological and legal aspects of medical errors, the mechanism of which is associated with the syndrome of emotional burnout of medical workers, which contributes to limiting the measure of awareness and freedom of expression in the event of their illegal act.
