Abstract

Responsibility for the formation of a healthy lifestyle rests with the entire society, but an important role belongs to the school and, above all, to such an academic subject as biology. Therefore, in the work of a biology teacher during the course, it is necessary to pay great attention to anti-alcohol education. The best opportunities in a school biology course to develop a negative attitude towards alcohol are provided when studying the human body in the 8th grade. When studying almost every organ system, I use material about the harmful effects of alcohol on individual organs and systems and the body as a whole. I try to familiarize students with specifc examples that clearly prove the harm of alcohol.
