Diferențe în percepția imaginii cadrului didactic universitar între cadrele didactice și studenți în instituțiile de învățământ superior

Abstract

Școala modernă este chemată să contribuie la educația tinerilor nu doar bine informați, dar și care să posede capacități de adaptare la solicitările permanente ale vieții. Școala superioară este astăzi chemată să realizeze intervenții educaționale axate nu doar pe dimensiunile rațional-intelectuale ale studenților, dar și asupra celor afective, naționale, atitudinale, sociale. Un rol central în realizarea eficientă a intervenției educaționale revine imaginii cadrelor didactice universitare, deoarece aici se reflectă calitatea, profesionalismul, procesul de interacțiune a cadrului didactic universitar cu studenții. Astfel, ne-am propus identificarea aspectelor predominante ale imaginii cadrului didactic universitar din perspectiva cadrelor didactice universitare și a studenților prin intermediul chestionarelor. The modern school is called upon to contribute to the education of young people who are not only well-informed, but who also have the ability to adapt to the permanent demands of life. Today, the universities are called upon to provide educational interventions that focus not only on the rational-intellectual dimensions of students, but also on their affective, national, attitudinal, and social dimensions. A vital role in the effective implementation of educational interventions is played by the image of university teachers, because this reflects the quality, professionalism, and the process of interaction of university teachers with students. Thus, we aimed to identify the predominant aspects of the image of the university teacher from the perspective of university teachers and students through questionnaires.
