MODELAREA RĂSPUNSULUI IMUN LA O SARCINĂ VIRALĂ: MODEL MINIMAL

Abstract

Este propus un model de cinetică a răspunsului imun al organismului la o încărcătură virală. Modelul ia în considerare atât componentele celulare, cât și umorale ale răspunsului imun. Se analizeză interacțiunea limfocitelor de tip T și B, precum și efectul de întârziere a formării anticorpilor. Studiul numeric a sistemului model cu unele valori ale parametrilor modelului a arătat posibilitatea implementării a trei tipuri principale de comportamente posibile: 1) Creștere necontrolată a antigenului și scădere critică a limfocitelor T (prognostic nefavorabil); 2) Echilibru dinamic între antigen și limfocitele T (prognostic satisfăcător); 3) Reducerea rapidă a antigenului și stabilizarea celulelor imune (prognostic favorabil).A model of the kinetics of the body's immune response to viral load is proposed. The model considers both cellular and humoral components of the immune response. The interaction of T and B lymphocytes is analyzed, as well as the effect of delaying the formation of antibodies. The numerical study of the model system with some values of the model parameters showed the possibility of implementing three main types of possible behaviors: 1) Uncontrolled increase of antigen and critical decrease of T lymphocytes (unfavorable prognosis); 2) Dynamic balance between antigen and T lymphocytes (satisfactory prognosis); 3) Rapid reduction of antigen and stabilization of immune cells (favorable prognosis).
