Abstract
Experienţa mai multor ţări indică asupra faptului că introducerea activităţilor de consiliere psihopedagogică realizate de profesori sau grupuri de profesori, specialişti în depăşirea
şi rezolvarea problemelor educaţionale, nu doar facilitează activitatea cadrelor didactice, dar
şi îmbunătăţeşte procesul instructiv-educativ. Deoarece consilierea psihopedagogică
este realizată în special de către cadrele didactice în şcoală, în scopul asigurării unui nivel optim al procesului de pregătire al studenţilor, viitoare cadre didactice, competente a desf
ăşura activităţi de consiliere psihopedagogică, instituţiile de învăţământ superior propun programe şi activităţi multidimensionale. Formarea studenţilor este un proces prin care se asigură calitatea educaţiei, pe parcursul căruia candidaţii dobândesc cunoştinţe teoretice
şi îşi formează abilităţi practice necesare desfăşurării activităţii lor. Însă, oricât de multe cunoştinţe în domeniu ar avea studentul, dacă el nu dispune de abilităţi practice de soluţionare optima a problemelor de învăţare, calitatea şi eficienţa muncii acestuia lasă
de dorit. Deci, transpunerea în practică a cunoştinţelor de specialitate ţine de calităţile personale ale individului. Aceste calităţi capătăcontururi şi se structurează într-un stil specific în procesul de formare/dezvoltare a competenţei de consiliere psihopedagogică

The experience of many countries indicates that the in troduction of psycho-pedagogical activities carried out by teachers or groups of teachers and specialists in overcoming educational problem solving, not only facilitates the work of teachers, but also improves the educational process. These qualities are conceded and is structured in a specific style in the training /development of psycho-p edagogical competence.
