Item DISCURSUL PERSUASIV ÎN COMUNICAREA POLITICĂ(Editura USM, 2024) Dulschi, IonThis article deals with an important topic in social relations, which is identified by the concept of persuasion. It is examined from the perspective of political communication in relation to the categories of influence and manipulation. The particularities of political communication within social relations are examined, through the lens of the motivation to access power and maintain it. Persuasion and manipulation are considered important tools in influencing the electorate, very close categories, but with specific nuances of operation. Thus, by intensifying the processes of international collaboration, the Republic of Moldova, taking into account the national health policies, connected to the requirements of the time, can also be part of these processes. The need for a new paradigm is put forward that defines the nature of the behaviour of a civil servant from law-abiding to a sense of moral duty and social responsibility.
