The purpose of the thesis is to analyze the policies of protection and valorization of the archaeological heritage in the Republic of Moldova (1946-2016). Objectives of the thesis: legislative analyze in the Republic of Moldova on the archaeological heritage protection; Establishment of institutions through which the state carries out the policy of the
archaeological heritage protection; Elucidation of the problems which they are confronted the Republic of Moldova in the archaeological heritage protection field.
