    Рубцовое пищеварение, переваримость и использование питательных веществ при скармливании бычкам жмыха льна-долгунца

    The purpose of the research is to study the effect of feeding flax seed cake on scar digestion, digestibility and nutrient use to young cattle. The influence of different levels of introduction of flax seed cake into compound feeds for young cattle of the post-dairy period on the digestibility and use of nutrients in diets has been studied. The optimal introduction of flax seed cake with the complete replacement of sunflower meal into mixed feeds for calves was established - 20 and 25% by weight, expressed in the activation of the intensity of physiological and biochemical processes in the rumen, increasing the digestibility of the dry matter of the rations by 1.7 and 1.1 percentage points, crude protein – by 0.5 percentage points, fiber – by 4.3 and 6.9 percentage points, fat – by 6.1 and 15.6 percentage points; improved nitrogen use – by 1.7 and 2.7 percentage points. Studies have confirmed the high nutritional value of flaxseed cake due to the high content of oil, its fatty acid composition, protein, fiber and vitamins.

    This paper presents the results of the study of the combined action of low temperature and sound of moderate stress intensity on the resistance of calves in early postnatal ontogenesis to determine the parameters that can be used as a way to increase the resistance and adaptive capacity of animals against adverse action the environment.

    INFLUENȚA TEMPERATURII SCĂZUTE DE O INTENSITATE STRESORICĂ MODERATĂ ASUPRA UNOR INDICI AI REZISTENȚEI VIȚEILOR ÎN ONTOGENEZA POSTNATALĂ TIMPURIE

    În această lucrare sunt prezentate rezultatele studiului privind acțiunea temperaturii scăzute de o intensitate stresorică moderată asupra unor indici ai rezistenței vițeilor în ontogeneza postnatală timpurie (3-30 zile). Studiul a fost îndeplinit în scopul determinării parametrilor care ar putea fi folosiți ca modalitate de creștere a rezistenței și a capacității adaptive a animalelor față de acțiunea nefavorabilă a mediului ambiant. S-a constatat că aplicarea temperaturii de +5oC timp de 1 oră la vârsta de 3, 8 și 15 zile și timp de 2 ore la vârsta de 20, 25, și 30 de zile duce la creșterea activității fagocitare și bactericide, a lizozimului și cortizolului. Totodată, s-a constatat că în lotul experimental ritmul de creștere a masei corporale a vițeilor în orice perioadă experimentală era mai mare în comparație cu cel al animalelor din lotul martor și la vârsta de 30 de zile constituia 48,4±1,35 kg în lotul experimental și 42,4±1,61 kg în lotul martor.
