UTILIZAREA BIOMASEI DE SPIRULINA PLATENSIS (NORDST.) GEITL. CRESCUTĂ PE APELE REZIDUALE DE LA COMPLEXELE AVICOLE ÎN CALITATE DE SUPLIMENT NUTRITIV LA PUII BROILER
    (CEP USM, 2010) Dobrojan, Sergiu
The given article presents information about the use of Spirulina platensis biomass (NORDST.) GEITL reared poultrycomplexes from waste waters as nutritional supplement in broilers Spirulina administration increases the waste water asa supplement in chicken broiler nutrition, contributes to increase sustainability, increases body weight by 10/15% of control, determines growth of internal organ weights 27-40%, favorites the state of the haematological indices of the blood.

The study of stimulative effect of some Fe(III) heterotrinuclear clusters and Cr(III) coordinative compouds on peptides and proteins content in Spirulina platensis biomass has been carried out.The protein content decreases with the growth of concentrations in the case of utilization of all coordinative compounds tested. The peptides content increases in the limits of 5,00-50,00 mg/l for Fe(III) coordinative compounds and 10,00-40,00 mg/l for Cr(III) coordinative compounds.

TEHNOLOGIA OBŢINERII ÎN BAZA BIOMASEI DE SPIRULINĂ A REMEDIULUI MEDICAMENTOS FERRIBIOR ŞI STUDIUL ACŢIUNII LUI ANTIANEMICE
(CEP USM, 2008) Rudic, Valeriu; Gudumac, Valentin; Zosim, Liliana; Chiriac, Tatiana; Bulimaga, Valentina; Ciumac, Daniela
The technological scheme of obtaining of the preparation Ferribior with high content of organic iron (0,04-0,05%)and other bioactive substances: immunoactive amino acids (71% from free total amino acids and 70,57% from conjugated amino acids) and polysaccharides (6-7%) from spirulina biomass has been elaborated. The capacity of Ferribior to reestablish the plasmatic iron and zinc level and to stimulate hemathopoesis at experimental rats has been demonstrated.

CAPACITATEA ANTIOXIDANTĂ A PREPARATELOR DE FICOCIANINĂ OBŢINUTE ÎN BAZA BIOMASEI DE SPIRULINĂ ÎMBOGĂŢITE CU GERMANIU
(CEP USM, 2012) Bulimaga, Valentina; Djur, Svetlana; Pisov, Maria; Rudi, Liudmila; Rudic, Valeriu
The optimal time to harvest spirulina biomass for phycocyanin extraction was established. The phycocyanin yield and purity depend on used extracting solution, recording the maximum values for 1% CaCl2 solution in 10% alcohol. The testing for antioxidant activity of phycocyanin preparations by ABTS+ was carried out for both: preparations obtained from spirulina biomass grown on Zarrouk medium, as well as those obtained from biomass cultivated on medium enriched with germanium. The antioxidant activity of containing germanium phycocyanin preparations was the highest.
