    ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ ПСИХОМЕТРИЧЕСКИХ МЕТОДОВ ДЛЯ ДИАГНОСТИКИ ЭМОЦИОНАЛЬНОГО СТАТУСА У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ХРОНИЧЕСКИМИ ГЕПАТОПАТИЯМИ

    The article presents a theoretical analysis of scientific literature on the co-morbidity of depression and chronic hepatopathy. It highlights the problem of growing prevalence of liver pathology in both Republic of Moldova and worldwide. A systematization attempt of published psychometric and clinical methods for diagnosing depressive disorders in patients with chronic hepatopathy has been carried out as well as an elaboration of a possible way of classification of the methods examined. An algorithm has been created for applying a certain technique, depending on goals and possibilities of study of depression in patients with chronic hepatopathy. The article stresses the need for a systematic methodologically justified approach to the diagnosis of depressive disorders of the patients.

    ABORDĂRI MODERNE PENTRU PREVENIREA BULIMIEI NERVOASE ŞI A ANOREXIEI NERVOASE

    The tested approach in the prevention of bulimia nervosa and anorexia nervosa is based on the use of a program of regular physical and cognitive-emotional training that alters the balance of motivation and satisfaction (pleasure). The exercise program is combined with a metered hedonic diet. Revealed shifts in body composition, the ratio of fat and muscle masses, a decrease in the level of amotivation and an increase in internal motivation.

    TULBURĂRILE PSIHICE LA BOLNAVII DE EPILEPSIE ÎN PERIOADA DE REMISIUNE

    S-a dovedit foarte elocvent că tulburările psihice sunt prezente nu doar în perioada de evoluţie a epilepsiilor cu manifestări paroxismale, dar şi în perioadele când accesele sunt luate sub control medicamentos. Tulburările psihice în această perioadă de remisiune sunt mai mult din categoria tulburărilor non-psihotice: afective, neurotice, de deteriorare a factorilor intelectuali mnezici şi caracteriologici. Nu sunt absente şi tulburările psihice psihotice, preponderent diforiile.
