The significant variations of hypothalamus neurohormons changes demonstrate that plants treatment is more likely to reduce the insulin resistance among obese diabetic patients.The phytotherapy has a crucial role to regulate the hunger and satiety centers in the hypothalamus by the effects of the Arcuate nucleous’s neurohormons upon the appetite and increasing the metabolic rates in the adipose tissues.Item ROLUL EXTRASELOR DIN PLANTELE MEDICINALE ÎN DEREGLĂRILE PANCREASULUI ENDOCRIN-GONADE(CEP USM, 2011) Gherman, IonEndocrinology investigations have shown that extracts of some herbs stimulate endocrine pancreatic β cells, which remove the iodine deficiency in the body. The alga administration as supplementare contribute to decreasing of glucose, increasing of erythrocytes, and maintaining of the same level of blood sedimenttation speed in comparison with control. In the case of administration in the present of diabetes were observed the decreasing of glucose level in blood, decreasing of blood sedimentation speed level and increasing of erythrocytes level and also of haemoglobin. In such way we can affirm that Spirulina biomass grown on waste waters from live-stock are influenced positively in both cases: in case of administration as supplement and also in case of diabetes.Item INFLUENŢA SPIRULINEI PLATENSIS ASUPRA GONADELOR PE FONDUL DIABETULUI EXPERIMENTAL(CEP USM, 2010) Gherman, Ion; Goroșciuc, Tatiana; Bacalov, Iurie; Crivoi, Aurelia; Croitori, Constantin; Para, IulianToday, the diabetes has become a public health problem both in developed countries, and in the developing .The diabetes is a complex and heterogeneous syndrome, induced by insulin or by the resistance of the peripheral corpuscles to insulin action, which induces deep changes in the metabolisms: carbohydrate, proteon and lipid. The administration of spirulina extracts on the experimental diabetes fund also lead to on increase in the level of estradiol in comparison toalloxan group. This is the proof of the role of spirulina extracts stimulating the gonads in such a patological state as diabetes.
