MOŞTENIRE DE LA V. V. DOKUCEAEV
(Institutul de Ecologie și Geografie, 2019-12-12) Curcubăt, Stela; Nagacevschi, Tatiana
The progress of knowledge about soils in the world and at the national level has established that soil is an organically-mineral body, self-contained, possessing a characteristic specific to its own - fertility. The Russian soil scientist V.V. Dokuceaev writes (1900) that the soils of Bessarabia are particularly fertile, showing a collection of soil samples collected by the scientist during his expedition (1898), a collection that is located at the Museum of Natural Sciences of the State University of Moldova. The quality of soils, during their evolution and being used in agriculture, has suffered a significant degradation.

CERCETĂRI INTERDISCIPLINARE LA SITUL SAHARNA MARE/„DEALUL MĂNĂSTIRII”, RAIONUL REZINA
(2019) Nagacevschi, Tatiana; Simalcsik, Angela; Sochircă, Vitalie; Stanc, Margareta Simina
The archaeological researches carried out during 2017-2019 in the southwestern sector of the Saharna Mare / “Dealul Mănăstirii” site resulted in the discovery of several archaeological structures (dwellings, auxiliary constructions, household pits, etc.), as well as rich and varied archaeological finds, which allowed their attribution to the early Hallstattian (Cozia-Saharna) and Thraco-Getic habitation layers. Simultaneously with the archaeological research, soil samples were taken for analysis from the cultural layer, from the pit 4/2018 and from an urn. Also, quite significant samples of the remains of the paleofauna were taken from the layer and from the complex, which were also subjected to careful analysis. At the same time, anthropological research of the skeleton from a catacomb burial in the habitation layer of the Early Iron Age, as well as the incomplete skeleton found near structure no. 3 from the Getic layer, were carried out.

III a. Chr.

INFLUENȚA REGLATORULUI NATURAL DE CREŞTERE REGLALG ASUPRA DIVIZIUNII CELULARE LA ALLIUM cepa L.
    (CEP USM, 2019) Isacescu, Ecaterina
In the paper are presented data on the influence of the natural growth regulator ReglAlg on cell division in radicular meristems at Allium cepa L. The biostimulating action of ReglAlg was established in an experimental manner. The action manifested through an increase in the morphophysiological growth parameters and mitotic indices, especially during continuous treatment of the bulbs with an algal solution.

CERNOZIOMURILE SPAȚIULUI PRIDANUBIAN: EVOLUȚIE, TRENDURI, MANAGEMENT SUSTENABIL
    (CEP USM, 2019) Jigău, Gheorghe
The formation and evolution of the chernozems in the Pridanubian area has been synchronized with the evolution of the regional landscape and is favored by the specificity of the parent rocks and the bioclimatic conditions of the region. During the last 4-7 thousand years the chernoziomic pedogenesis in the region is performed within the genetic-evolutionary line: carbonatic chernozem → typical low humiferous chernozem → typical moderately humiferous chernozem → smooth chernozem → argilo-iluvial chernozem. The inclusion of the chernozems in the agricultural circuit and the intensification of the techno-anthropic pressures entails a series of natural and techno-anthropic processes that lead to the modification of the ecosystem functions of the soils and the quantitative and qualitative deterioration of their composition, properties and regimes. More recent research has shown that the techno – anthropic implications affect the processes of evolution of the chernozems in the region at subtype level. This implies the need to implement a sustainable regional landscape ameliorative system for the management of the chernoziomic typogenetic processes.

PROCEDURES OF OBTANING OF EXOPOLYSACCHARIDES PRODUCED BY CYANOBACTERIA SPIRULINA (ARTHROSPIRA) PLATENSIS AND NOSTOC LINCKIA
(Universitatea din Oradea, 2018) Bulimaga, Valentina; Zosim, Liliana; Trofim, Alina; Pisova, Maria
The dynamics of accumulation of total and acidic (sulfated) exopolysaccharides (EPS) produced by cyanobacteria Spirulina platensis and Nostoc linckia under the action of some chemical regulators at the two steps cultivation with the increasing of light at the second step were established. Procedures of EPS isolation from cyanobacteria Spirulina platensis and Nostoc linckia and the scheme of EPS production, obtaining and quantification have been developed. The synthesis of sulfated exopolysaccharides (till 91 mg/l) at the cultivation of spirulina in two stages was positively influenced by the variation of the light regime and the addition of carbon source with or without addition of Na2SeO3. Supplementing of the nutrient medium with sodium selenite (2 mg/l) and varying of light to 2500 lx in the 7th day of cultivation of cyanobacteria Nostoc linckia led to a maximum increasing in the amount of total and acidic exopolysaccharides (477 and 422 mg/g, respectively).

PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING CHROMIUM FOOD BIOADDITIVE
(Universitatea din Oradea, 2018) Bulimaga, Valentina; Zosim, Liliana; Elenciuc, Daniela; Crivoi, Aurelia; Bacalov, Iurie
A study of the [Cr(Gly)3]Cl effect on the biochemical composition of the cyanobacterium Spirulina (Arthrospira) platensis has been carried out at cultivation depending on the lighting regime and the timing of addition of this compound. Its positive effect on protein content (including peptides) was established within the concentration limits of up to 30 mg /l. Chromium accumulation was more efficient in light/dark photoperiod (14/10 hours) in case of supplementation on the 1st and 3rd days in the portions. The technological scheme for obtaining chromium bioadditive was proposed. This procedure is based on using a Cr(III) glicinate as source of Cr(III) for obtaining of spirulina biomass enriched with chromium (0,75%) and valuable bioactive substances.
