    The aim of this study is to investigate the neurohormonal responses and metabolic changes to a different plants used more likely among obese patients with diabetes mellitus type II. The significant variations of hypothalamus neurohormons changes demonstrate that plants treatment is more likely to reduce the insulin resistance among obese diabetic patients.The phytotherapy has a crucial role to regulate the hunger and satiety centers in the hypothalamus by the effects of the Arcuate nucleous’s neurohormons upon the appetite and increasing the metabolic rates in the adipose tissues.

    Endocrinology investigations have shown that extracts of some herbs stimulate endocrine pancreatic β cells, which remove the iodine deficiency in the body. Because herbal extracts are rich in iodine increases the work capacity, immunity,intellect, ensure the normal operation of the whole body and thyroid gland.

    Diabetes is conditioned by the total or partial absence of insulin in human body, which is elaborated by the β-cellarof pancreas endocrine. The results obtained in our research permitted to mention that the extracts from a complex of medicinal plants (Equisetum arvense, Arctium lappa, Tilia, Verbascum phlomoides) have on essential action on the functional state of the which is expressed by a normalization tendency of the pancreas hormonal state.

    INFLUENŢA SPIRULINEI PLATENSIS CRESCUTE PE APE REZIDUALE ASUPRA INDICILOR HEMATOLOGICI ÎN DIABETUL EXPERIMENTAL

    In present article are described investigation done on theme mentioned above. The alga administration as supplementare contribute to decreasing of glucose, increasing of erythrocytes, and maintaining of the same level of blood sedimenttation speed in comparison with control. In the case of administration in the present of diabetes were observed the decreasing of glucose level in blood, decreasing of blood sedimentation speed level and increasing of erythrocytes level and also of haemoglobin. In such way we can affirm that Spirulina biomass grown on waste waters from live-stock are influenced positively in both cases: in case of administration as supplement and also in case of diabetes.

    Today, the diabetes has become a public health problem both in developed countries, and in the developing .The diabetes is a complex and heterogeneous syndrome, induced by insulin or by the resistance of the peripheral corpuscles to insulin action, which induces deep changes in the metabolisms: carbohydrate, proteon and lipid. The administration of spirulina extracts on the experimental diabetes fund also lead to on increase in the level of estradiol in comparison toalloxan group. This is the proof of the role of spirulina extracts stimulating the gonads in such a patological state as diabetes.

    In this research was carried out a study of the influence of the herbs extracts is realized on the functional state ofgenital glands in normal conditions and in the process of an early development of the experimental alloxanic diabetes.There is also a declining of the sex hormones level with animals with alloxanic diabetes that differs at femalesand males. The results of the research prove that herbs extracts influence on the synthesis process, secretion speed and hormonesdistribution that condition the changes on the basis of which rely the endocrine glands functional changes.

    This work is dedicated to the study of plant extracts influence on the functional state of several endocrine glands during alloxanic diabethis the use of the normalization of hormonal and hematological indices and metabolic processes and to the acceleration of eliminating the toxic metabolits from the human organism. On the basis of the receved results, we may conclude that herbs have inulin protective qualities capable to augment insulin secretion and to decrease blood glucose level.
