Item IMPACTUL ANTROPIC ASUPRA VEGETAŢIEI VASCULARE DIN ALBIA RÂULUI BÂC PE SECTORUL STRĂŞENI-SÂNGERA(CEP USM, 2011) Bulimaga, Constantin; Grabco, Nadejda; Negara, CorinaVascular vegetation of the river Bâc is represented by 118 species of vascular plants from 106 genus, grouped in 40 families. The most representative families are: Asteraceae and Poaceae with properly 23 and 17 species. Species with high frequency refers to other families: Ranunculaceae, Cannabaceae, Urticaceae, Chenopodiaceae, Rubiaceae, etc. The greatest diversity of vegetation found in stations located upstream of Chisinau. Lowest floristic diversity was established at the confluence river Bîc and Wastewater treatment Plant leakage and consists from 29 species.Item BIODIVERSITATEA VEGETALĂ A TERENURILOR DEGRADATE DIN COMUNA TOHATIN(CEP USM, 2011) Bulimaga, Constantin; Grabco, Nadejda; Negara, Corina; Ţugulea, AndrianThe analysis of vegetation from Tohatin village shows 55 species of Magnoliophytes, belonging to 49 genus and 16 biological families. Most frequently there are Asteraceae family with 24 species from 20 genus, which dominates not only by diversity, but also by the abundance of typical species: Cyclachaena xanthiifolia and Xanthium californicum. Poaceae family are presented with 5 species from 4 genus, frequently there are species of Elytrigia repens, Bromus arvensis and Lolium perenne.Item VEGETAŢIA DIN LUNCA r. BÂC, SECTORUL URBAN CHIŞINĂU(CEP USM, 2010) Bulimaga, Constatin; Grabco, Nadejda; Negara, Corina; Ţugulea, AndrianThe analysis of vegetation from the waterside of the river Bîck of the sector of Chisinau city carried out in the 2010shows 89 species of magnoliophytes, belonging on to 80 genus of 27 biological families. The most diverse in taxonomic terms are the fam. Asteraceae with 18 species and the family Poaceae with 12 species The predominance of ruderal and segetal species against spontaneous, shows the obvious negative influence factor of anthropogenic habitat within or near the river Bîck in Chisinau.Item CONTRIBUŢII LA CERCETAREA ALGOFLOREI r. BÂC ÎN LIMITELE mun. CHIŞINĂU(CEP USM, 2010) Bulimaga, Constantin; Grabco, Nadejda; Molgâldea, Vladimir; Negara, CorinaThe algal flora study of the river Bîck on the Chisinau city shows the presence of 50 species, including the spectrum of biological species: Bacillariophyta – 21, Chlorophyta – 16, Euglenophyta – 7, Cyanophyta – 5 and Pyrophyta – 1. The saprobiological spectrum of indicator species of saprobities includes a total of 32 species with predomination of β-mezasaprobic (21 species)Item UTILIZAREA MEDIULUI DE CULTURĂ DREW LA CULTIVAREA ALGEI AZOTFIXATOARE ANABAENOPSIS SP.(CEP USM, 2012) Dobrojean, Sergiu; Stratulat, Irina; Dobrojean, Galina; Popescu, Tudor; Negara, CorinaThe cultivation of algae Anabaenopsis sp. on Drew medium is efficient for maintaining in laboratory condition, can obtain a maximal biomass of 1,04±0,05 g/l in 11-12 days. Growth phases for algae Anabaenopsis sp cultured on Drew medium is: one day for lag phase, one day – log phase, 7 days – exponential phase and one day stationary. The higher specific growth speed is in log phase, and for exponential is 0.010±0,004 days-1.
