Procedures of EPS isolation from cyanobacteria Spirulina platensis and Nostoc linckia and the scheme of EPS production, obtaining and quantification have been developed. The synthesis of sulfated exopolysaccharides (till 91 mg/l) at the cultivation of spirulina in two stages was positively influenced by the variation of the light regime and the addition of carbon source with or without addition of Na2SeO3. Supplementing of the nutrient medium with sodium selenite (2 mg/l) and varying of light to 2500 lx in the 7th day of cultivation of cyanobacteria Nostoc linckia led to a maximum increasing in the amount of total and acidic exopolysaccharides (477 and 422 mg/g, respectively).Item PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING CHROMIUM FOOD BIOADDITIVE(Universitatea din Oradea, 2018) Bulimaga, Valentina; Zosim, Liliana; Elenciuc, Daniela; Crivoi, Aurelia; Bacalov, IurieA study of the [Cr(Gly)3]Cl effect on the biochemical composition of the cyanobacterium Spirulina (Arthrospira) platensis has been carried out at cultivation depending on the lighting regime and the timing of addition of this compound. Its positive effect on protein content (including peptides) was established within the concentration limits of up to 30 mg /l. Chromium accumulation was more efficient in light/dark photoperiod (14/10 hours) in case of supplementation on the 1st and 3rd days in the portions. The technological scheme for obtaining chromium bioadditive was proposed. This procedure is based on using a Cr(III) glicinate as source of Cr(III) for obtaining of spirulina biomass enriched with chromium (0,75%) and valuable bioactive substances.Item STUDIUL ACUMULĂRII CUPRULUI LA CULTIVAREA CIANOBACTERIEI SPIRULINA PLATENSIS ÎN PREZENŢA COMPUŞILOR COORDINATIVI AI Cu(II)(CEP USM, 2009) Rudic, Valeriu; Batîr, Ludmila; Bulimaga, Valentina; Zosim, Liliana; Elenciuc, Daniela; Gulea, Aurelian; Ţapcov, VictorThe acumulation of copper in biomass of cyanobacteria Spirulina platensis CNM - CB – 02 at the cultivation in the presence of coordination compounds of Cu (II) has been determined. Bioaccumulation of copper depends on the nature of ligands of the compounds. It was established that compounds [CuL2(Sfz)3H2O] and [Cu(L-2H)] contribute to the increasing of copper content in the biomass of spirulina in 2,94 – 3,42 times compared to the reference sample.Item MODIFICAREA COMPONENŢEI CALITATIVE A PROTEINELOR LA CIANOBACTERIA SPIRULINA PLATENSIS CULTIVATĂ ÎN PREZENŢA UNOR COMPUŞI COORDINATIVI AI CR(III)(CEP USM, 2008) Rudic, Valeriu; Bulimaga, Valentina; Ciumac, Daniela; Zosim, Liliana; Chiriac, Tatiana; Efremova, NadejdaSDS-electrophoresis of polypeptide chains of total protein fraction obtained from Spirulina cultivated in the presence of Cr(III) coordination compounds have been carried out. New bands with apparent molecular mass 60, 4 kDa and 66, 7 kDa have been detected in the presence of Cr(III) coordination compounds.Item TEHNOLOGIA OBŢINERII ÎN BAZA BIOMASEI DE SPIRULINĂ A REMEDIULUI MEDICAMENTOS FERRIBIOR ŞI STUDIUL ACŢIUNII LUI ANTIANEMICE(CEP USM, 2008) Rudic, Valeriu; Gudumac, Valentin; Zosim, Liliana; Chiriac, Tatiana; Bulimaga, Valentina; Ciumac, DanielaThe technological scheme of obtaining of the preparation Ferribior with high content of organic iron (0,04-0,05%)and other bioactive substances: immunoactive amino acids (71% from free total amino acids and 70,57% from conjugated amino acids) and polysaccharides (6-7%) from spirulina biomass has been elaborated. The capacity of Ferribior to reestablish the plasmatic iron and zinc level and to stimulate hemathopoesis at experimental rats has been demonstrated.Item COMPONENŢA AMINOACIDĂ A OLIGOPEPTIDELOR ŞI AMINOACIZILOR LIBERI DIN BIOMASA DE SPIRULINĂ CULTIVATĂ ÎN PREZENŢA UNOR COMPUŞI COORDINATIVI AI Fe(III) Ş I Zn(II)(CEP USM, 2007) Rudic, Valeriu; Chiriac, Tatiana; Bulimaga, Valentina; Zosim, Liliana; Turtă, Constantin; Prodius, DenisAmino acid composition of oligopeptids and amino acids fractions in spirulina biomass cultivated in the presence of some coordinative compounds of Fe(III) and Zn(II) has been determined. High content of essential and especially immunoactive amino acids was pointed out in this study.Item EFECTUL STIMULATOR AL COMPUŞILOR COORDINATIVI AI CROMULUI(III) ASUPRA PRODUCTIVITĂŢII SPIRULINEI(CEP USM, 2007) Rudic, Valeriu; Gulea, Aurelian; Bulimaga, Valentina; Ciumac, Daniela; Ciornea, Valeriu; Zosim, Liliana; Popa, AlexeiThe action of some coordinative compounds of Cr(III) on Spirulina strain growth and development has been studied. High stimulation action of K2[Cr(NTA)(C2O4)(H2O)]·2H2O and [K2Cr2(SO4)4]·12H2O on Spirulina productivity has been established.Item BIOMASA DE SPIRULINĂ ÎMBOGĂŢITĂ CU IOD – SURSĂ ALTERNATIVĂ DE IOD(CEP USM, 2007) Bulimaga, Valentina; Zosim, Liliana; Ciumac, Daniela; Bejan, Tatiana; Chiriac, Tatiana; Djur, SvetlanaThe productivity of cyanobacteria Spirulina platensis and iodine accumulation in biomass at it cultivation in the pre-sence of KI with/without Co(NO3)2 have been determined. The supplementation in the first day is more favorable for obtaining of iodine enriched biomass. Iodine content is higher in biomass cultivated inthe presence of ratio KI: Co(NO3)2 as 12·10-3: 3·10-3 (mMoli).
