Item ACŢIUNEA DIMINUĂRII ACTIVITĂŢII MUSCULARE DE DIFERITĂ DURATĂ ASUPRA STĂRII FUNCŢIONALE A UNOR INDICI HEMATOLOGICI(CEP USM, 2010) Paladi, Ecaterina; Budeanu, Liuba; Perciun, Liuba; Ţiganaș, Odeta; Babără, ElenaThis research is devoted studying of influence of restriction of locomotor activity of different duration (2,4,6 hours)on level of some hemotologic indices on white rats. The obtained results testifies that hypokinesia leads to some changes of investigated hemotologic indices which are shown in decrease of number of erythrocytes, leukocytes and concentration of hemoglobin, and also increase in erythrocyte sedimentation rate.Item DINAMICA MODIFICĂRII UNOR FACTORI COAGULANŢI LA ACŢIUNEA INANIŢIEI COMPLETE(CEP USM, 2009) Paladi, Ecaterina; Budeanu, Liuba; Vîntu, NinaThe present paper is dedicated to the study of coagulated parametess at white rats, subjected to total hinger. During the total hunger, with the period of 1, 2, 3, 4 days, thewhite rats showed no essantial modifications in the indexes of the coagulation level. The increase of the fi brinogen at the rats subjected to total hunger leads to the rise of blood coagulation.The total hunger leads to an increase of the protrombin time and of the tromboplastine partial activated, consisting aprotective reaction of the organism.Item DEPENDENŢA SISTEMULUI SANGVIN DE CARENŢA ALIMENTARĂ TOTALĂ(CEP USM, 2009) Paladi, Ecaterina; Budeanu, Liuba; Vîntu, NinaThe aim of this paper was the study of some hemathologic indexes under the action of total hunger at a duration ofone, two and three days.The total hunger during four days leads to the modifi cation of the hemathologic indexes manifested in the lessening of the examined parameters.The total hunger during four days leads to the appearance of hipoglicemia at white rats.Item MECANISMUL REALIZĂRII ECHILIBRULUI TERMIC ÎNTRE ORGANISMUL HOMEOTERM ŞI TEMPERATURA VARIABILĂ A MEDIULUI EXTERN(CEP USM, 2009) Budeanu, LiubaThe present paper deals with the interconnection of the thermic equilibrium between the homeothermic organism andthe changing temperature of the external medium. It is also menţioned that the constant maintenance of the body temperature at hemeotermic animals is the result of equilibrium between the thermogenetic and thermolitic processes. Determining the level of the tiroxin (T4) and 3-iodtironin (T3) at white rats that were administered pyrogenal, we ascertain a rapid growth of these hormones.
