This research is devoted studying of influence of restriction of locomotor activity of different duration (2,4,6 hours)on level of some hemotologic indices on white rats. The obtained results testifies that hypokinesia leads to some changes of investigated hemotologic indices which are shown in decrease of number of erythrocytes, leukocytes and concentration of hemoglobin, and also increase in erythrocyte sedimentation rate.
This paper deals with the action of hypotemperature (+4ºC), of different duration upon some indexes of coagulation (fibrinogen, trombocite, time of coagulation). Hypotemperature bears on essential modification in the level of quantity of fibrinogen and to the number of trombocite thet are increasing.
