    (CEP USM, 2024) Щербакова, Татьяна
The relationship between the bacterium Bacillus thuringiensis and the hyphomycete Lecanicillium lecanii was determined in order to create a complex mixture for protecting plants from pests in a greenhouse. The studies were carried out in laboratory conditions using the double culture method. The nutrient medium used was potato-glucose agar. From the studies conducted it follows that entomopathogenic microorganisms do not exhibit antagonism to each other and can be used in a complex mixture to protect plants from sucking pests in closed ground conditions.

SĂNĂTATEA PLANTELOR – PLATFORMĂ DE FORTIFICARE A ACIVITĂȚILOR ÎN DOMENIUL FITOSANIAR
    (CEP USM, 2023) Voloșciuc, Leonid
Starting from increasing the impact of phytosanitary agents and deepening the ecological problems caused by their combat, it becomes rational to change the paradigm of the protection of plants with their health. As effective measures in promoting plant health, it is proposed to apply the link between soil, plant and human health, the role and place of GMOs in solving phytosanitary problems, the perspectives of genome editing, the expansion of the implementation of regenerative agriculture. In order to overcome this problem, the paper contains information on the possibilities of application of synergic phenomena in plant protection, the interaction between which provides a significant increase in performance indicators and stability of the system state.

PROTECȚIA INTEGRATĂ A FLORII-SOARELUI ÎN AGRICULTURA CONVENȚIONALĂ ȘI ECOLOGICĂ
(CEP USM, 2023) Paladi, I.; Voloșciuc, Leonid; Paladi, Dana
Sunflower is the plant of major importance for agriculture in the Republic of Moldova, unpretentious to soil and technology and resistant to drought. Having a high share in rotation, it becomes more and more exposed to diseases and pests, determining the need for an integrated protection system. But the market is showing an increase in demand for organic products, and society is demanding that chemical pressure on agriculture be reduced. This will compare the conventional and ecological protection system.

FAUNA UTILĂ A NECTARIFERULUI INTRODUCENT LOBULLARIA MARITIMA L. ȘI EFICENȚA LUI ÎN REGLAREA DĂUNĂTORILOR LA PRUN
(CEP USM, 2023) Idosopol, Elena; Batcu, Mihai; Maevschi, Valentina
The paper reveals the effectiveness of the invasive nectarifer Lobullaria maritima in attracting, accumulating, maintaining the complex of fauna useful to plum in the conditions of the Republic of Moldova. The reserve of the useful complex in the trap belts was varied for 3 years and consisted of 23 taxon representatives, from 12 families, 6 orders, with the dominance among phytophages of cruciferous fleas, parasites of species of the Pteromalidae family and individual predators of spiders and bugs Orius spp In the trap belts during the diapause period, the following dominated: phytophagous - the hawthorn mite (Tetranychus viennenzis), the invasive bed bug Chorynthuca arcuata, predators - spiders from 3 families (Lyniphiidae, Salticidae and Thomizidae) and parasites only the Scelionidae family.
