Item Evaluarea și selectarea liniilor consangvinizate de perspectivă la specia Salvia sclarea l.(CEP USM, 2024) Balmuş, Zinaida; Cotelea, Ludmila; Butnaraş, VioletaThe importance of aromatic and medicinal plants is determined by the multiple uses of the essential oil in medicine, perfumery, cosmetics, aromatherapy, food etc. For this reason, research was focused on the diversification of the initial breeding material, the improvement of the assortment of hybrids and cultivars. Genetics and breeding, as well as creation of new cultivars and hybrids is a continuous process. Each newly approved, patented cultivar is more efficient than the previous ones. In the essential oil separated from the inflorescences of the inbred line AP 97-11 S6, according to the results obtained, identified 11 components, harvesting as major compounds linalyl acetate, 74,751% and linalool, 16.893%.Item Performanţa hibrizilor de floarea-soarelui în diverse condiţii de mediu ale Republicii Moldova(CEP USM, 2024-10-07) Duca, Maria; Port, Angela; Clapco, Steliana; Mutu, Ana; Burcovschi, IonThe rising frequency of suboptimal temperatures and early droughts hinder the genetic potential realization of sunflower hybrids, posing challenges in achieving stable harvest yields. It was analyzed the harvest of 21 hybrids grown in 5 localities of the Republic of Moldova in correlation with the annual amount of precipitation from 2015-2020. The variation of the yield according to the genotype of the studied hybrids and the impact of the conditions in the growing environment were highlighted.Item EVALUAREA POTENŢIALULUI PATOGENIC ÎN COMBINAȚIILE HIBRIDE F1 DE TOMATE(CEP USM, 2023) Sîromeatnicov, Iulia; Cotenco, Eugenia; Paladi, DanaIn the current paper is presented the pathogen depending on its nature, the character of appearance and spread to tomato plants. Climatic conditions during the growing season were relatively unfavorable for primary description and evolution dynamic manifestation and extension of the disease that affected some reproductive organs with phytopathological impact. Evaluation of complex research in field conditions, on characterization and evaluation of plant genetic resources by using various methods of improving the pathogenic form, the tobacco mosaic virus has demonstrated an increase in disease compared to parental forms and a decrease compared to F1 hybrid combinations.
