The article presents updated data on distribution of Achillea ochroleuca Ehrh. – the threatened species growing in the Ponto-Sarmatic steppes of the Republic of Moldova. Two new locations of Achillea ochroleuca within the the clearings of the forests of downy oak (Quercus pubescens Willd.) – near commune Speia, Anenii Noi district and near commune Baurci- Moldoveni, Cahul district. The morphological description, synonymy, Latin, English, Romanian and Russian names, data on stational characteristics, habitat, quantitative aspect of populations, maps of species distribution in the republic are indicated.
