Item Evaluarea la valoarea justă ca o condiţie prealabilă pentru eficacitatea contabilităţii în activitatea venture(CEP USM, 2023-07-24) Ungureanu, VioricaThe trend of innovations pushes all the subjects involved to find quick and beneficial solutions for their implementation to obtain the desired profitability both at the country and entity levels. In the study, the author formulated a hypothesis: in order to obtain financing with venture capital but also the correct accounting of all operations related to the implementation stages of innovative projects, it is necessary to present, to investors and other users, truthful accounting information and reliable, which is based on the concept of fair value according to international accounting standards. Valuation of innovative projects at fair value is a prerequisite for the effectiveness of accounting under the conditions of venture activity.Item Tehnologiile emergente și inovațiile din industria turismului(CEP USM, 2024) Nirean, ElenaIndustria turismului se află într-o continuă evoluție, iar tehnologia joacă un rol din ce în ce mai important în modelarea experienței călătorilor. De la planificarea vacanței până la interacțiunea cu destinația, inovațiile digitale transformă fundamental modul în care turiștii percep și trăiesc călătoriile. Călătoriile au devenit mai inteligente și mai convenabile datorită inovațiilor digitale. Aplicațiile mobile, realitatea virtuală și inteligența artificială redefinesc modul în care este explorată lumea, oferind o experiență personalizată și fără griji. Inovațiile digitale simplifică procesul de planificare și gestionare a călătoriilor, permițând turiștilor să se concentreze pe experiențele unice ale fiecărei destinații. De la rezervări automate până la traduceri instantaneie, tehnologia face călătoriile mai ușoare și mai plăcute. Digitalizarea a revoluționat industria turismului, iar tehnologiile emergente continuă să modeleze modul de a călători, deschizând noi orizonturi și transformând experiența turistică.Item PERFORMANȚE INOVAȚIONALE ÎN PRACTICA PROFESIEI CONTABILE ÎN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA(CEP USM, 2022) Ungureanu, VioricaScience is determined by innovation, and accounting is no exception. The professional reasoning in organizing the accounting activity within each entity in any field of the national economy, presupposes the implementation of technologies, innovations and the application of National Accounting Standards, IAS / IFRS, which can be influenced by taxation, level of experience, the quality of financial audit, as well as the attitude towards risk. The slowdown in the implementation of technologies and standards in the case of the Republic of Moldova has been influenced by the complexity of the adoption and implementation of IAS / IFRS, the imbalance of internal versus external beneficiaries, and the costs of implementing advanced technologies or innovations. The influence of factors (bureaucracy, formalism and professionalism) on the supervisory bodies of the Republic of Moldova has contributed to the slowdown in the full adoption of IAS / IFRS and innovations or technologies. The required direction at the moment is the digital domain, entities transiting from physical work in the office to the remote one, and which requires the moment of transition to the online environment of tools necessary for connection through technologies, to ensure data protection and to protect against cyber attacks. In this context, the emergence of several venture capital firms is possible. Every innovative idea needs to be reflected in Accounting Reports and Balance Sheets, for these reasons accounting is bound to crystallize truthful and current information, based on fair and true value.Item MONITORINGUL MULTIFACTORIAL AL DEZVOLTĂRII INOVAȚIONALE REGIONALE(CEP USM, 2021) Davidov, CătălinaIn the paper the author presents a synthesis of methodologies for evaluating regional innovation development. Different methodological approaches are applied, at international, European and regional level for the evaluation of innovational development. The main theoretical approaches related to the structure of the innovative potential of the economic entity and its infrastructure assistance system were also detailed. The aim of the research is to analyse and generalize the theoretical and methodological aspects of the innovation potential and development of economic security of economic systems at the microeconomic level. In this context, the microeconomic approach reflects that not all the resources that the entity intends to use in its development, but only that part of them that can be used to increase the volume or improve the quality of the final product.Item ECOINOVAREA – VECTOR IMPULSIV DE DEZVOLTARE A COMPETITIVITĂŢII SUSTENABILE(CEP USM, 2020) Bradu, MargaretaÎn acest articol autorul cercetează interdependenţa dintre inovare şi competitivitate la momentul actual şi perspectivele de dezvoltare a ecoinovării ca un vector determinant în dezvoltarea competitivităţii sustenabile. Sensul sintagmei „inovaţiile și globalizarea” este similar sensului cunoscutei formule „Veninul si otrava – binecuvântare sau blestem”. Descoperirile și invenţiile examinate ne fac viaţa mai confortabilă, mai convenabilă și mai interesantă. Este necesar doar de a comensura binele și răul adus de anumite invenţii și propuneri știinţifi ce, pentru că au fost identifi cate și efectele lor nefaste. Concluzia autorului este că realizările civilizaţiei propriu-zise nu pot fi dăunătoare sau benefi ce. Toate aceste realizări ar putea fi doar benefi ce dacă ar fi utilizate în mod corespunzător.
