Vine culture with varieties for table grapes is a separate sector, referring to high-value agriculture. The wine-growing region of the Republic of Moldova has pedoclimatic conditions favorable to the cultivation of the vine. In order to increase the economic efficiency of the wine sector, especially of table grapes, it is necessary to carry out continuous scientific research, taking into account the evolution of climate change at the global level.Item Fundamental premises for sectoral support of table grape production(CEP USM, 2024) Mocanu, Natalia; Botezatu, Andrei; Mateoc-Sîrb, NicoletaThe wine sector is the business card of the Republic of Moldova, which emphasizes and highlights its social and cultural values and economic potential, especially wine tourism and international commercial relations formed by promoting wine production and export. The wine sector contributes to the socioeconomic character of the country and is attractive from several points of view, including business development and investment. Over the years, the wine industry has gone through various major crises, which have had negative effects on exports, reduced the size of businesses and generated significant losses for producers, affecting financial performance and leading to recessions in the sector. Among the strategic challenges of the wine sector is the need to improve the quality of the products and comply with quality standards and competitiveness on international markets. In order to achieve these objectives, an extensive process of reform and modernization of viticulture was launched. The purpose of the given article consists in the complex and deep study of the strategies, oriented towards the modernization of the wine sector, fundamental premises of sectoral support of the production of table grapes, the adaptation of research methods to the factors, processes and current phenomena, particular to the sector and the development of recommendations, which would contribute to sustainable development at the sector level.Item PROMOVAREA TRANSPORTULUI ECOLOGIC CA MĂSURĂ DE IMPLEMENTARE A ACHIZIȚIILOR PUBLICE DURABILE ÎN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA(CEP USM, 2022-05-20) Papana, MariaElectric cars are becoming more popular in the Republic of Moldova. The purpose of this article is to analyze the evolution of profitability on sales revenue calculated on the basis of profit (loss) from operating activity and profitability on sales revenue calculated on the basis of net profit (loss) in the last 10 years. The most important influencing factors were analyzed, namely: change in the structure and assortment of the products sold, change in unit cost of the products sold and change in sale price. The profitability of sales revenue is largely negative, mainly due to the fact that the costs were not covered by the tariff.Item ROLUL ȘI FUNCŢIILE INFRASTRUCTURII PIEŢEI VALORILOR MOBILIARE DE STAT: CAZUL REPUBLICII MOLDOVA(CEP USM, 2021) Speian, OleseaThe financial market infrastructure plays a key role in the functionality of the economy, maintaining financial stability and improving the monetary transmission mechanism, contributing to the promotion of economic growth. The infrastructure takes over some of the risks of market participants, whence it results in the need for its proper functioning. In this context, there is a lot of controversy about the optimal infrastructure of the securities market. This paper aims to review the most efficient financial market infrastructure. Market participants are aware that the way that the market works influences their expectations and safety. Also, there is growing anxiety about the presence of conflicts of interest in the market infrastructure, where the government must implement mechanisms to minimize such conflicts. That is why, globally, several models of the infrastructure of the securities market are implemented, which are meant to control the market activity. The same is highlights the new infrastructure that has appeared as a consequence of the development of financial technologies. The article emphasizes the role of each player in the financial infrastructure. Changes in financial infrastructure and regulation are necessary to support welfare-improving financial innovation and government policies have to ensure proper operation of the market infrastructure.Item EFICIENȚA TELEMEDICINII: ASPECT METODOLOGIC(CEP USM, 2017) Ulian, Galina; Maximilian, Silvestru; Aramă, EfimÎn toate țările, asistența medicală este cel mai important sector, deoarece sănătatea are un impact direct asupra nivelului de trai, asupra calității vieții.
