    Dinamica dezvoltării relaţiilor România – Moldova: perspective comerciale şi infrastructura transportului feroviar

    The article examines the dynamics of Romania-Moldova relations, with a focus on trade opportunities and railway transport infrastructure. Emphasizing the importance of modernizing railway systems, the study highlights the role of rail transport in enhancing regional connectivity and supporting sustainable economic growth. Railway transport offers significant advantages, including cost efficiency, reduced environmental impact, and increased logistical capacity. The analysis underscores the necessity of upgrading railway infrastructure in both countries to facilitate trade, attract foreign investments, and strengthen regional cooperation. Furthermore, the article explores the challenges faced by the railway sectors in Romania and Moldova, such as outdated infrastructure and insufficient investments, and provides recommendations for aligning with European standards. The findings indicate that improved railway systems can contribute to deepening economic ties, reducing transportation costs, and fostering regional integration in the European context.

Раскрывается понятие «электронное правительство» как основа внедрения информационных технологий в систему взаимодействия органов государственной власти, взаимодействия государства и конкретного лица, времени принятия управленческих решений.
