Item Innovation strategies for the national economies’ development(CEP USM, 2024-10-24) Nepytaliuk, AntonThe paper aims to assess the interrelations between economic growth, competition, and innovation and to conceptualize the economic policy’s measures for stimulating innovative development.Item THE CONTRIBUTION OF THE TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE TO THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT - THE CASE OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA(Universitatea de Stat din Comrat, 2023) Prisacaru, VeronicaThe basic objectives of the article were: 1) the elucidation of the concept of road infrastructure and of the role of the road infrastructure in economic development; 2) the reflection on the situation of the road infrastructure development in the Republic of Moldova and of the extent to which the efforts made in this regard contributes to the economic growth needs. In order to achieve the expected objectives, the following research methods were used: synthesis, economic analysis, deduction, generalization. As a result of the research, it was found that the contribution of the road infrastructure to the economic growth in the Republic of Moldova is insufficient. In this context we deduce that a road strategy is required, based on efficient and rational use of public money and oriented to improving the road quality and to transforming the road infrastructure into a progress and sustainability factor.Item ATRAGEREA INVESTIȚIILOR STRĂINE DIRECTE ȘI IMPACTUL ACESTORA ASUPRA DEZVOLTĂRII ECONOMICE ȘI DURABILE: REPUBLICA MOLDOVA VS ȚĂRILE EUROPEI CENTRALE ȘI DE EST(CEP USM, 2023) Nirean, ElenaSemnificativă este contribuția investițiilor străine la dezvoltarea economică a țărilor care au nevoie de investiții atât în aspect cantitativ, cât și în aspect calitativ. Având în vedere impactul pozitiv major al investițiilor străine directe asupra țărilor primitoare, între țările doritoare de investiții apare o adevărată concurență. Astfel, aceste țări elaborează şi promovează politici de atragere a investițiilor străine în dezvoltarea economiilor pentru creșterea nivelului de trai al populației. Pentru Republica Moldova și țările din Centrul și Estul Europei, investițiile străine directe reprezintă un instrument principal pentru dezvoltarea şi creșterea economică. În această ordine de idei, scopul cercetării este analiza evoluției dinamice a fluxului de investiții străine directe în Republica Moldova și țările central și est europene și determinarea impactului acestora asupra dezvoltării economiilor naționale.Item MAPPING THE PERFORMANCE INDICES OF THE ENTREPRENEURIAL ECOSYSTEM(CEP USM, 2023) Lisa, Galina; Scutaru, AlexandruSustainable entrepreneurship involves sustainable tools and methods. In order to successfully act on the three dimensions of sustainability – economic, ecological and social – entrepreneurs will assess their own potential and design strategic directions for companies. These processes can be streamlined by mapping the performance indices of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, which will help to understand the structure and dynamics of the business environment and to make informed decisions to improve it. By evaluating and monitoring performance indicators, weaknesses can be identified and effective strategies can be developed to stimulate innovation, economic growth and job creation. The assessed indices will include all aspects of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. This article, which is an extension of the study on the indices of sustainability of the business ecosystem, provides a summary of these indices and their categorization according to the enterprise environment components.Item ANALIZA RISCULUI DE FALIMENT PRIN METODA SCORURILOR ÎN ENTITĂȚILE ECONOMICE DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA(CEP USM, 2022) Coreţchi, Boris; Bujor, TatianaCurrently, the financial instability, the interconnected energy and economic crises and the migration generated by the war, faced by many countries, as well as the Republic of Moldova, have become the most important topics of economic research, public debates, economic and financial policies. Therefore, from an economic and financial perspective, instability can be regarded as a reality. It can affect the activities of various economic entities and can lead to the alienation of certain economic units from Republic of Moldova. This is why we consider it necessary to develop and implement effective methods of management to supervise the situation. Besides implementing the necessary measures, the authorities also need to develop effective management techniques to ensure the continuous growth of the entities. Pentru elaborarea acestui studiu autorii au aplicat diferite metode de cercetare: studiul monografic, comparația, gruparea, metoda indicilor. Astfel, au constatat că țările care înregistrează un ritm accelerat de creștere economică alocă și sume mai mari în cercetare-dezvoltare raportate la PIB. Aceasta încă o dată demonstrează legătura directă dintre cheltuielile pentru inovații și nivelul de dezvoltare economică.Item MANAGEMENTUL DEZVOLTĂRII TEHNOLOGICE ÎN BAZA INOVAȚIILOR REPUBLICII MOLDOVA(CEP USM, 2018) Corețchi, Boris; Ulian, GalinaManagementul dezvoltării tehnologice în baza inovațiilor reprezintă un set de instrumente și practici care influențează pozitiv tehnologiile, cu scopul construirii, menținerii și creșterii avantajului competițional al entităților economice pe baza cunoștințelor cu drept de proprietate și a know-how-ului. Obiectivul cercetării constă în identificarea unor draivere, mecanisme de perfecționare a managementului tehnologic prin determinarea variantelor optime de creștere a economiei naționale. Baza metodologică aplicată în articol este modelul dinamic al balanței legăturilor dintre ramuri (BLR) al lui Oskar Ryszard Lange. Scopul acestei metodologii nu se reduce la o constatare, ci devine constructivă, sugerează idei, principii, tratări, metode de asigurare a creșterii economice. Securitatea economiei poate fi asigurată prin deciziile corecte ale managementului dezvoltării tehnologice în baza inovațiilor unui stat.
