    In the conditions of the competitive economy, an efficient management system within an entity involves permanent modernization and implementation of new policies and technologies in the implementation of planned strategies, minimizing the risks to which the business is subject and last but not least improving the results of the managed activity. Namely, that the automation and continuous implementation of new technologies have a significant influence on the change of business models, the accounting profession today requires revolutionary changes that involve the reintegration of the role of accounting in the management of the contemporary entity.

    This article describes how the financial and economic activity of the entity is influenced by taxes. Their complexity, as well as the multitude of ambiguities of local taxes, customs, leave their mark on the total cost, on the prices of the products, goods or services provided by the entity. The increase of taxes, of quotas and the complicated determination system implies the use of a unique methodology for quantitative assessment of the fiscal preasure applied to the entities, branches or areas of activity.

    This article contains theoretical-methodological aspects regarding the microeconomic approach of the innovation potential in the economic security system. The main theoretical approaches related to the structure of the innovative potential of the economic entity and its infrastructure assistance system were also detailed. The aim of the research is to analyse and generalize the theoretical and methodological aspects of the innovation potential and development of economic security of economic systems at the microeconomic level. In this context, the microeconomic approach reflects that not all the resources that the entity intends to use in its development, but only that part of them that can be used to increase the volume or improve the quality of the final product.

    Unul dintre pilonii fundamentali în activitatea și dezvoltarea incubatoarelor de afaceri din mediul universitar îl reprezintă cadrul legislativ și instituțiile statului ce ghidează, gestionează și susțin principalii actori din acest mediu. Elaborarea și promovarea legilor, hotărârilor și reglementărilor accesibile și inteligente cu utilizarea abordărilor orizontale și cu instituirea unor standarde interoperabile în sectorul pe care îl cercetăm va deschide noi oportunități de dezvoltare a mediului de afaceri și a mediului universitar. Mediul de afaceri din cadrul academic oferă potențialilor tineri antreprenori, prin incubatoarele inovaționale, o totalitate de condiții juridice, economice, financiare, științifico-tehnologice ce sunt dedicate sectorului cercetare și inovare, care la următoarea etapă influențează asupra activității antreprenorilor.
