    In the context of ensuring sustainable development, the performance of businesses have come to be viewed from different perspectives: financial, operational, reputational etc. More recently, an increased attention has been directed toward the environmental aspect of a company's activity which, depicts the ways in which a company responsibly integrates the environment in its daily operating activities, how it measures its positive and negative impact over the environment and how it reports it. This is a particularly important subject considering the rise of sustainable practices all over the world and their support given from investors, regulators and the overall public.

    EXPERIENȚE EUROPENE ÎN REGLEMENTAREA CHELTUIELILOR PENTRU MEDICAMENTELE OPPORTUNE PENTRU REPUBLICA MOLDOVA

    This article reflects some aspects of the complex process of medicines price reglementation. The system of regulation of medicines prices which exists in the republic has serious shortcomings, and it is very useful to study the experience of other countries in this domain in order to improve. One way to reduce spendings on medicines is to stimulate the use of so-called generics - medicines that have proven therapeutic bioequivalence with an original preparation of a similar composition for which has expired the protection of the patent. The prices of medicines which costs are entirely or partially reimbursed from the State budget or mandatory health insurance, as well as the medicines sold to the general public only on prescription, are regulated by the State in all European countries. Insurance companies and State monitors and controls the mode of pricing by producers of medicines. The prices of medicines, as a rule, is calculated by the method of cost, including the cost of ingredients, production costs, marketing and innovation expenditures, loans and profits at a later date which will ensure further development of the enterprise. For the responsible authorities in the country would be beneficial to consider both the positive aspects and possible risks arising from the use of regulatory measures from European countries with rich experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

    EFICIENȚA TELEMEDICINII: ASPECT METODOLOGIC

    În toate țările, asistența medicală este cel mai important sector, deoarece sănătatea are un impact direct asupra nivelului de trai, asupra calității vieții. Autorii consideră că introducerea TELEMEDICINII va contribui la o activitate mai eficientă în acest sector prin: reducerea erorilor medicale; creșterea calității serviciilor medicale și a nivelului profesional al medicilor; identificarea în timp util a bolilor pacienților; îmbunătățirea programelor de studii ale medicilor; utilizarea eficientă a timpului medicilor; creșterea eficienței sinergice; reducerea duratei timpului pacienților destinat adresărilor la medici; creșterea accesibilității populației rurale la serviciile medicale.
