    In given article possibility of application of the financial analysis as tool of improvement of quality of management is described by the enterprise finance. In particular possible techniques and ways of the financial analysis, and also feature of carrying out of the internal and external financial analysis in the conditions of Republic of Moldova economy are specified. Besides it the comparative analysis of techniques of the financial analysis with instructions of the most comprehensible and significant for the national enterprises is carried out.

    Economic practice shows that the first condition in preparation of the enterprise for crisis is the creation of a crisisstrategic plan. Strategy of the enterprise represents, the complex economic category of functioning of the firm in direction of avoidance or/and overcoming the crisis.Strategy of crisis management permits the enterprise to identify in due time crisis, to understand its specificity minimizing its acuteness. Hence, we can affirm that the organization of strategic planning at the enterprise takes the central place in system of crisis management.
