    ECONOMIE DE ECHILIBRU, REZILIENȚĂ ȘI GLOBALIZARE

    The idea of a steady state economy can still be found in Adam Smith works, but its explicit formulation as an interdisciplinary concept between economics and ecology is late and belongs to Herman Daly. He defines his concept as an economic system made up of a constant stock of capital and a constant stock of population, both maintained by a constant flow of natural resources. Apparently such a system is resilient, but challenges arise if we consider the current trends of a globalised society. My aim is to offer a theoretical reconstruction of the concept by related it with contemporary development in philosophy, economics and social theory. Moreover, I bring up to date the conceptual system developed by Nicholas Georgescu-Roegen in his The Entropy Law and the Economic Process, so that to rethink Daly’s project in a transformational manner according to the concept of sustainable development.

    MIGRAŢIA ÎN CONTEXTUL GLOBALIZĂRII ŞI ROLUL FENOMENULUI MIGRAŢIEI REPUBLICII MOLDOVA ÎN CONTEXTUL EXTINDERII ÎN UE

    În această cercetare se evidenţiază şi analizează caracterul proceselor migraţioniste internaţionale din perspectiva influenţei acestora asupra dezvoltării contemporane a Republicii Moldova. Astăzi, într-o lume din ce în ce mai interconectată, migraţia internaţională a devenit o realitate care atinge aproape toate colţurile lumii, distincţiile ţară de origine, tranzit ori destinaţie devenind, deseori, depăşite. În acelaşi timp, conflictul, sărăcia, inegalitatea şi lipsa locurilor de muncă decente se numără printre motivele care obligă oamenii să-şi părăsească domiciliile în căutarea unui viitor mai bun pentru ei şi pentru familiile lor. Având în vedere însă constrângerile asigurării securităţii interne, statele alocă sume importante destinate controlului migraţiei, în special în ceea ce priveşte controlul frontierelor şi monitorizarea fluxurilor migratorii, atât la frontierele externe, cât şi la nivel intern, evident aceste aspecte având diferite grade impact social şi percepţie publică.

    DIRECȚIILE DE CONCENTRARE ECONOMICĂ ȘI COMERCIALE A REPUBLICII MOLDOVA PRIN IMPLEMENTAREA POLITICILOR DE DEZVOLTARE REGIONALĂ

    Dezvoltarea regională și concentrarea economică în țările UE este un subiect preferat pentru cercetătorii europeni, datorită relevanței unor posibile concluzii pentru politicile UE referitoare la Piața Unică și convergența regiunilor și teritoriilor europene, coeziunii sociale, economice și teritoriale. Ca rezultat al procesării datelor Eurostat, valorile indicilor entropici documentează o creștere a concentrației economice de la strat la strat, local spre regional, regional spre național și național spre nivelul european, sugerând că economia europeană ar putea fi văzută ca una globalizată și stratificată, construită din mai multe straturi economice și bazată pe o creştere economică concentrată de la stratul de jos către stratul superior.

    ANALIZA SISTEMELOR INFORMAŢIONALE DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA

    The bank, at present constitutes a complex system, adaptive, which has well defined and exerts functions with a view to the satisfaction of the client necessities. In the present paper there has been made an analysis of the Informational Systems of two banks: the national Bank of Moldova and Saving Bank. Modalities have been proposed for perfection and development of the Informational Systems, in concordance with the new objectives and modalities of unfolding of the banking activities, at the same time, with trends that are manifesting themselves on the international plan with a view to the integration of the banking system in the European Union. In the paper the following aims have been studied: the analysis of the Informational Systems of two banks of Republic of Moldova and the expression of the opinions concerning the improvement and the development of the Informational System. Among the resources and possibilities of the bank, information and computer science play a strategic role. Combining these two elements is forming the Informational System that becomes one of the strategic necessities of all the banks. An informational banking system should be conceived that the automats to have a bigger set of the current operations of the bank, and to assure the strategic, tactic and operational information necessary to the decisive process.
