Item Finanțele publice locale – aspecte conceptuale și legislative [Articol](CEP USM, 2025) Gheorghița, EugeniaStatul, pentru a-și îndeplini funcțiile, realiza obiectivele atât pe termen lung, cât și pe termen scurt are nevoie de resurse financiare, care sunt obținute prin acumularea de venituri din diferite surse. Toate aceste resurse trebuie gestionate eficient pentru optimizarea și acoperirea cheltuielilor. Finanțele reprezintă procesele economice de procurare și utilizare a resurselor financiare, acestea se împart în finanțe publice (centrale și locale) și private. Finanţele publice locale sunt parte integrantă a finanţelor publice, dar au aspecte individuale ce le caracterizează și anume: aspecte conceptuale și cele legislative, numărul unităţilor administrativ – teritoriale din ţară, gradul economico – social de dezvoltare și trăsăturile specifice locale. Scopul cercetării este studierea aspectelor teoretice ale domeniului finanțelor publice locale și legislative, comparativ cu România, pentru preluarea bunelor practici, care ar duce la îmbunătățirea procesului bugetar prin alocarea și gestionarea mai eficientă a resurselor financiare locale.Item Cloud accounting and artificial intelligence – essential partners for the accounting profession in the digital era(CEP USM, 2024-10-24) Gavrilaş, Natalia; Costeşchi-Juşca, Oxana; Bespalco, ElenaThis research is to analyze the impact of cloud accounting and artificial intelligence (AI) on the accounting profession in the context of the digital age.
