    Managementul securității economice - o abordare integrată pentru reziliența entităților din sectorul turismului

    Studiul analizează managementul securității economice în întreprinderi, punând accent pe gestionarea crizelor într-un mediu economic imprevizibil. Asigurarea rezilienței împotriva amenințărilor interne și externe este esențială pentru continuitatea afacerilor. Lucrarea subliniază importanța măsurilor proactive și a managementului anti-criză pentru menținerea stabilității economice pe termen lung. Se realizează o analiză comparativă a eficienței diverselor modele organizaționale în securitatea economică, precum și a capacității acestora de a se adapta la amenințări variate. Studiul examinează, de asemenea, impactul tehnologiei și al factorului uman în sistemele de securitate economică. Integrează modele economice Input-Output (IO) și Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) pentru a evalua efectele crizelor economice și ale turismului asupra sectoarelor interconectate. Originalitatea constă în compararea modelelor, evidențiind modelul CGE ca superior în captarea fluxurilor intersectoriale, ceea ce subliniază importanța siguranței în turism și necesitatea intervenției guvernamentale pentru protejarea destinațiilor turistice.

    Impactul factorilor economici asupra securității economice a Republicii Moldova

    Scopul acestei teme constă în investigarea modului în care factorii economici își au impactul asupra securității economice și de a analiza modalitățile în care statul poate dezvolta strategii noi pentru a gestiona acești factori. Originalitatea acestei teme constă în abordarea interdisciplinară a relației dintre factorii economici și securitatea economică, evidențiind modul în care perturbările factorilor pot afecta stabilitatea economică și securitatea națională. De asemenea, tema explorează posibilele soluții și strategii inovatoare pentru a gestiona și preveni apariția riscurilor, având în vedere impactul lor asupra economiilor moderne. Importanța temei rezidă în evidențierea impactului major al factorilor economici asupra securității economice a unei țări și în necesitatea dezvoltării strategiilor eficiente pentru gestionarea și prevenirea riscurilor ce pot deriva din acești factori, contribuind astfel la stabilizarea economiei și asigurarea securității naționale. Materialele și metodele utilizate în această lucrare au inclus cercetarea bibliografică, analiza datelor statistice, consultarea experților din domeniul economic, precum și utilizarea modelelor economice și a simulărilor. Aceste abordări au fost integrate pentru a analiza impactul factorilor economici asupra securității economice și pentru a dezvolta strategii eficiente de gestionare a acestora. În concluzie, factorii economici servesc ca un catalizator pentru dezvoltarea unei economii durabile și asigurării unei securități economice stabile. Aceasta subliniază necesitatea menținerii factorilor economici la un nivel stabil și prevenirea riscului de incertitudine care ar aduce la perturbarea securității economici. O abordare corespunzătoare a acestei probleme poate consolida stabilitatea economică și poate asigura o dezvoltare durabilă a economiei Republicii Moldova.

    The actuality of the subject. This article discusses the main changes necessary to Law no. 131 of03.07.2015 regarding public procurement based on the EU Association Agreement. The paper analyzes the objectives of developing and improving the sustainable public procurement process. Next, is presented the definition of economic security, in the field of public procurement and the degree of influence of legislative changes on the economic security of the procurement system is revealed, by increasing transparency. The research topic focuses on ensuring the economic security and transparency of the public procurement process in the context of the harmonization of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova with the EU Directives.

    The objective of this paper is to examine the influence and importance of human resources on the economic security of the Republic of Moldova, specifically focusing on the roles of education, skills, and health in shaping the country's economic stability and prosperity. Its originality lies in its dedicated exploration of how human resources directly impact economic security in Moldova. By analyzing demographics, education, and healthcare, it presents fresh perspectives on how investments in human capital influence the nation's economic stability and growth prospects. The significance of this paper lies in its investigation of how human resources affect Moldova's economic security. By emphasizing the interaction between education, skills development, and healthcare with economic stability, it provides valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders to promote sustainable development and prosperity in the country.The materials and methods employed in this study involved conducting statistical analysis of demographic, educational, and economic indicators from the Republic of Moldova spanning the years 2018 to 2022, utilizing official data sources. Additionally, documentary analysis comprised consulting pertinent documents and reports. The study materials were supplemented with tables and specific examples to demonstrate their significance and impact.In conclusion, human resources are essential for Moldova's development. Investing in education, training, and healthcare is vital for achieving economic and social prosperity. Despite experiencing positive growth from 2018 to 2022, challenges such as inflation and labor migration persist. Therefore, prioritizing human capital development is crucial for sustaining progress.

    The topicality of the research topic. The research topic regarding the impact of the energy crisis on the economic security of the Republic of Moldova is of major importance in the current context. Energy crises have become a frequent reality throughout the world, affecting the economic stability and sustainable development of states. The Republic of Moldova, being a state with limited energy resources and high dependence on imports, is particularly vulnerable to fluctuations in the global energy market. Rising energy prices, supply uncertainties and the transition to renewable energy sources have imposed new challenges for the country's economic security. The development of effective public policies to counteract the negative effects are essential for ensuring economic stability and national security. The study contributes to the deep understanding of the interconnections between the energy crisis and economic security, offering solutions based on theoretical and practical data, relevant to both political decision-makers and economic actors. This research is thus essential for shaping a sustainable and resilient future for the Republic of Moldova in the face of global energy challenges. The purpose of this theme is to investigate how the energy crisis impacts on economic security and to analyze ways in which the state can develop new strategies to manage these factors. Originality of this theme consists in the interdisciplinary approach of the relationship between the energy crisis and economic security, highlighting how the disruptions caused can affect economic stability and national security. The theme also explores the possible solutions and innovative strategies to manage and prevent the occurrence of risks, considering their impact on modern economies. Importance the theme resides in highlighting the major impact of the energy crisis on the economic security of a country and in the need to develop effective strategies for managing and preventing the risks that may derive from it, thus contributing to stabilizing the economy and ensuring national security. Materials and methods used in this work included bibliographic research, statistical data analysis, consultation with economic experts, as well as the use of economic models and simulations. These approaches have been integrated to analyze the impact of the crisis on economic security and to develop effective strategies to manage them.

    This article contains theoretical-methodological aspects regarding the microeconomic approach of the innovation potential in the economic security system. The main theoretical approaches related to the structure of the innovative potential of the economic entity and its infrastructure assistance system were also detailed. The aim of the research is to analyse and generalize the theoretical and methodological aspects of the innovation potential and development of economic security of economic systems at the microeconomic level. In this context, the microeconomic approach reflects that not all the resources that the entity intends to use in its development, but only that part of them that can be used to increase the volume or improve the quality of the final product.

The purpose of research is to study the theoretical foundations of innovation potential and its significance in the development of economic security economic systems of different levels. In this context, the macroeconomic approach of innovative potential argues that not all the resources that society intends to use for sustainable development will contribute to increasing the volume or improving the quality of final consumption.
