    ACHIZIȚIILE PUBLICE DURABILE - O CONTINUITATE A DEZVOLTĂRII DURABILE A REPUBLICII MOLDOVA

    This study is a current research topic and sets out the arguments for implementing the objectives needed to stimulate sustainable public procurement. The aim of the research is to address the dimensions of the development of sustainable procurement. To carry out the study, the author applied traditional research methods: monographic method, document analysis, comparison, trend analysis, etc. The conclusions and results of the research deduced from the analysis of documents, reports and case studies confirm the hypothesis that public procurement is an important priority in achieving the strategies and policies of sustainable development of a state.

    Dans le présent article les auteurs soulignent l’importance des investissements dans le capital humain pour l’édification et la croissance du bien-être humain dans une nouvelle économie. La République de Moldavie reconnaît l’adhésion à l’économie globale fondée sur la cognition et sur l’innovation comme une priorité nationale. Ceci étant, les investissements dans le capital humain se voient d’une importance majeure pour le développement du pays, dans le contexte de la formation d’une nouvelle société, et doivent être réalisées de telle façon que toute la société en puisse bénéficier.

    The elaboration of any country’s strategy for sustainable development is an imperative of the present time. This article proposes a variant of such development, based on multifunctional analysis. It emphasizes that development is most heavily influenced by human and ecological factors, which are directly or indirectly tangent to numerous other factors of similar meaning.
