In order to ensure a durable future, the organization must always comply with the present realities.The last decades of world-wide experience have shown that the human factor is the most important in economical reorganization. Dans le présent article les auteurs soulignent l’importance des investissements dans le capital humain pour l’édification et la croissance du bien-être humain dans une nouvelle économie. La République de Moldavie reconnaît l’adhésion à l’économie globale fondée sur la cognition et sur l’innovation comme une priorité nationale. Ceci étant, les investissements dans le capital humain se voient d’une importance majeure pour le développement du pays, dans le contexte de la formation d’une nouvelle société, et doivent être réalisées de telle façon que toute la société en puisse bénéficier.
