In order to obtain the general favourable balance in the economy, the current particularities of the fiscal system are analysed ample, an important cause being the need to integrate the republic's economy in the European and world circuit. Although the current fiscal measures generate major revenues, the fiscal apparatus’ activity requires more transparency and the fiscal practice of developed countries is a good example for improving our current tax system.
