In this paper, the author wants to make a short characteristics of the actual energetic security environment as an international community problem that affects the security, stability, prosperity and peace of the whole world.Item RITMUL DE DEZVOLTARE A ŢĂRILOR ÎN ECONOMIA MONDIALĂ(CEP USM, 2007) Sava, Elena; Gribincea, AlexandruEn 2006, l’économie mondiale a progressé de 3,3 pour cent, taux plus faible qu’en 2004-05 mais quand même légèrement supérieur à la moyenne de la décennie. Dans la plupart des régions, la croissance économique est restée vigoureuse, bien qu’elle ait été moins forte que l’année précédente. Seule l’Europe a encore enregistré une faible croissance du PIB – inférieure de plus de moitié au taux observé en Amérique du Nord. Au Japon, en revanche, l’activité économique s’est raffermie. Compte tenu du ralentissement de la croissance économique mondiale et de l’évolution du marché pétrolier, la croissance du commerce des marchandises – comme celle du PIB – s’est ralentie en termes réels, tout en restant supérieure à la moyenne des dix dernières années. Cette décélération a été particulièrement marquée dans les régions développées importatrices de pétrole. Les importations réelles de marchandises des Etats-Unis, de l’Union européenne (UE-27) et du Japon ont augmenté à un rythme inférieur de moitié à celui de 2006 et inférieur aussi à la moyenne mondiale. La plupart des régions en développement et la Communauté d’Etats indépendants (CEI) ont enregistré un taux de croissance réelle des importations supérieur à la fois à la moyenne mondiale et au taux de croissance de leurs exportations. Dans bon nombre de ces pays, cette évolution s’explique dans une large mesure par la hausse des prix du pétrole.Item IMPACTUL DEMOCRAŢIEI ASUPRA CREŞTERII ECONOMICE ÎN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA(CEP USM, 2007) Robu, TudorThe problem of sustainable economic growth is currently one of the important issue of the developing countries. The present article makes an analysis of democracy’s variables which have a direct impact on economic growth. Thus, the developing countries should perform their political systems, in the way to be convenient for the economic development. In this sense, democracy, as a political system, has different variables, which can affect positively or negatively some economic processes. The actions price is a variable determinated by a series of factors by the agency of at lest three methods of analysis. So at different steps of the analysis the estimator taking into consideration the accumulated knowledge, his experience, the legislation and norms of this field, the own interests or the client (interests) may diminish or to increase the estimation result, beeing the reason which may influence the overestimation or underestimation of the titles.Item MODELAREA ŞI EVALUAREA PERFORMANŢELOR BĂNCII COMERCIALE PRIN REŢELE PETRI(CEP USM, 2007) Enicov, Igor; Guțuleac, EmilianDans le présent article sont reflétées les possibilités de modélisation et d’évaluation des performances de la banque commerciale. On argumente la possibilité d’utilisation dans ce but des Réseaux Pétri ; on décrit les Réseaux Pétri (réseaux généralisés et réseaux avec temporalisation stochastique) qui sont conçus pour modéliser des systèmes distribués. On y présente le fondement mathématique de la méthode et les possibilités de son application dans la pratique des banques commerciales.
