    PARTICULARITĂȚILE SERVICIILOR MEDICALE DIN CADRUL PROGRAMULUI UNIC AL ASIGURĂRII OBLIGATORII DE ASISTENȚĂ MEDICALĂ DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA

    The topic of medical services included in the Single Program of Mandatory Medical Assistance Insurance (PU of AOAM) was and remains an important topic, addressed by poli-ticians, civil society, but also a research topic, taking into account the multiple aspects, which meets. Thus, in the specialized literature, there are multiple studies analyzing the PU of the AOAM, but until now no study has been carried out regarding the cost of the Single Program (PU) of the AOAM, with all the medical services included in it! Currently, there is no document that would explicitly stipulate the spectrum of medical services, fully or partially covered by the AOAM, in accordance with certain needs of the population. The purpose of the research consists in the analysis of the Single Program of Mandatory Medical Assistance Insurance from the perspective of the structure, the inclusion of medical services in it, the distribution and use of financial resources, resulting from the observance of the principles of mandatory medical assistance insurance, through the lens of the social responsibility of citizens, for the improve-ment quality, access and equity of the population of the Republic of Moldova to health services. The conclusions and recommendations for different actors with decision-making power could favor the consolidation and strengthening of the capacities of the National Medical Insurance Company for a sustainable activity, through the fair distribution of financial resou rces, based on the real needs of the population, and improving the quality of medical services, but and by ensuring the financial protection of the population against additional and informal payments in the system.
