    REZILIENȚA SOCIETALĂ V/S REZILIENȚA SOCIALĂ: DELIMITĂRI CONCEPTUALE

    The main purpose of the research was to carry out a synthesis study of the conceptualization of the societal resilience in relation to the social resilience. In order to achieve the proposed goal, the following methods were used: bibliographic and historiographical analysis, synthesis, generalization, deduction, formulation of conclusions and reasonings. As a result of the study, two angles of examination of social resilience and societal resilience were identified: by stating them as the ability/capacity to respond to the unfavorable external influences or by highlighting their procedural side. At the same time, having been found a series of similarities in the definitions of social resilience and societal resilience within each approach perspective, the distinctive features of the societal resilience were specified. Implicitly, it was proposed to define societal resilience as society’s ability to face various adverse external influences, through innovative responses and strategies, capable not only to ensure society’s functionality at the previous parameters, but also contributing to its advanced evolution.

    CENTRUL DE CERCETARE ȘI INOVARE CA FACTOR DE PERFORMANȚĂ A ÎNVĂȚĂMÂNTULUI PROFESIONAL

    Obiectivul de bază al cercetării a constat în conceptualizarea centrelor de cercetare și inovare, precum și în elucidarea semnificației acestora ca factor de creștere a calității ofertei de învățământ superior. Pentru atingerea obiectivului menționat, au fost utilizate următoarele metode de cercetare: sinteza abordărilor conceptuale ale centrelor de cercetare și inovare, metoda sondajului de opinie, generalizarea bunelor practici de funcționare a centrelor de cercetare și inovare din diferite universități. Pe baza impactului educațional, economic și social pe care îl pot exercita centrele de cercetare și inovare, a fost argumentată importanța acestora pentru creșterea eficienței învățământului profesional.

    RATIONALIZING THE ROLE OF THE UNIVERSITY AS AN ACTOR OF THE AGRICULTURAL INNOVATION ECOSYSTEM

    The goals of the research were the following: elucidation of the concept of the innovation ecosystem and of the importance of the agricultural innovation ecosystem; highlighting the role of the universities as innovation ecosystems` actors; synthesis of the cuttingedge innovative approaches in the agricultural field and, on this basis, formulating recommendations for curriculum improvement. In order to achieve the mentioned goals, the following research methods were applied: synthesis of the conceptual approaches and of some practical studies related to the research object, opinion survey, inductive method, analysis, generalization, systematization, for-mulation of reasoning and recommendations. As a result of the research, the directions of intervention in the agricultural undergraduate degree programs were identified in order to facilitate the exercise by the professional educational service providers of the role of active and effective actors of the innovation ecosystem. The research was carried out within the project “Predictive approaches to increasing the quality of skills in agricultural higher education based on the partnership with the business environment”, No. 20.80009.0807.41, contracting authority - National Agency for Research and Development.

    CREATING AN INNOVATIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT AS A DECISIVE FACTOR OF THE QUALITY OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION

    The main object of the research was to elucidate the difficulties related to the creation of the innovative learning environment as an indispensable component of the innovative pedagogy. In order to achieve the proposed objective, there was analyzed the existing innovative learning environment in higher education in the Republic of Moldova in terms of its four core elements: learners; educators; content; resources. The practical investigation was carried out in two universities: Moldova State University and the State Agrarian University of Moldova. As a result of the research, the difficulties related to the creation of an appropriate innovative learning environment were identified and the directions to remedy the identified problems were proposed. The research methodology included: analysis, synthesis, generalization, observation, interviewing, opinion survey, formulation of reasoning and conclusions. The investigation was carried out within the project: "Support of teaching innovation, Research development and Inter-university cooperation of SAUM and TSU (Moldova)" funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, Czech Republic Development Cooperation, realized by the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague (grant decision number 7/2021/7).

    THE CONTRIBUTION OF THE TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE TO THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT - THE CASE OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

    The basic objectives of the article were: 1) the elucidation of the concept of road infrastructure and of the role of the road infrastructure in economic development; 2) the reflection on the situation of the road infrastructure development in the Republic of Moldova and of the extent to which the efforts made in this regard contributes to the economic growth needs. In order to achieve the expected objectives, the following research methods were used: synthesis, economic analysis, deduction, generalization. As a result of the research, it was found that the contribution of the road infrastructure to the economic growth in the Republic of Moldova is insufficient. In this context we deduce that a road strategy is required, based on efficient and rational use of public money and oriented to improving the road quality and to transforming the road infrastructure into a progress and sustainability factor.

    INCURSIUNE ÎN REALIZAREA ACTIVITĂȚILOR INOVAȚIONALE DE CĂTRE ÎNTREPRINDERILE DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA

    The main objective of the research was to evaluate the situation in the business environment of the Republic of Moldova regarding the application of innovative management. In order to achieve the proposed objective, the dynamics of innovative enterprises in industry and services was analyzed, and the types of innovation applied by companies were identified. As sources of information, official data of the National Bureau of Statistics on innovations in industry and services, as well as scientific publications reflecting the role of innovation management in achieving performance, were used. As a result of the research, general findings were formulated regarding the innovative activity in i ndustry and services, and recommendations were made to remedy the existing problems. The research was carred out within the project „Support of teaching innovation, Research development and Inter-university cooperation of SAUM and TSU", no. 7/2021/7 with financial support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.
