The thesis is dedicated to the study of challenges and opportunities in the process of
implementing sustainable public procurement in the Republic of Moldova, the topicality
of the topic being conditioned by the awareness of the dimensions of sustainable, social,
economic and environmental procurement. Developing sustainable procurement and promoting the green economy are development priorities both globally and locally. The reform
of the public procurement system is one of the key directions for modernizing the administrative sector of the Republic of Moldova.
